A Learning Process

I have a feeling this is going to be another random blog, so be forewarned.  I'm not sure what exactly I want to write about, so let's just start with... Push Presents! Yeah, I didn't know what these were either until a few months ago.  Apparently, some mothers expect their significant others to get them a present in return for them giving birth (usually it's a new car, a makeover, diamonds, etc) .  I told Mark about this, and he didn't take it too seriously.  I'm not expecting a push present, but I did tell Mark that I might like some new shoes or something lol!  We all know that it's common for pregnant ladies to outgrow their shoes, so you never know, I may very well end up needing some new sandals after all.  That's a lot better than demanding Mark buy me a new tennis bracelet, right?  Push presents... sort of unnecessary in my opinion, but I wouldn't object to Mark getting me one ;) Overprotective parents! I have to mention right off the bat: I'm on my netbook right now and it's driving me crazy!!  I'm used to the quickness of our Mac and have forgotten how dreadfully slow this thing is.  OK, rant done!  *phew* So, if you read my last post, you know that Mark and I had an ultrasound this past Wednesday and possibly found out the sex... I about peed my pants when we found out, I was so excited!  Yes, we're having a GIRL !!  I'd put up a picture of my ultrasound but the quality sucks (or so I think), and even I can hardly tell what the ultrasound tech was looking at when she said "girl".  So, you'll just have to take my word for it.  But all in all, I got my wish!  HOORAY!!   I took a new belly pic yesterday, and to be honest, I think I look more pregnant in my 14 weeks picture, even though I am now a whopping 17 weeks.  What do you think?? 14 weeks   17 weeks   Bleh, the more I look at my 17 week picture, the...
